Bloom at LEAP is a unique allotment based daycare service, designed specifically for adults with a learning difficulty who enjoy gardening and being outdoors. From working with plants and flowers to creating beautiful artwork, Bloom ensures a person centred approach within a nurturing environment, encouraging independence and skill development through a range of meaningful activities. 

 

Alongside the green wellbeing element of BLOOM, there are lots of social opportunities including events, trips and celebrations that are planned together, by participants and staff.

Bloom at LEAP is based at our established allotments in Hyde, fully equipped with a kitchen, an indoor activity room, toilets and handwashing facilities. 

 

Bloom at LEAP is part of Tameside’s Approved Adult Daycare Provider Consortium and can be accessed via direct payment, commissioning or privately.
